A range of supplementary services are also available, including the preparation, repair and finishing of concrete surfaces, for both residential and commercial sectors.

It all began in 2005

Béton Prestige was established in 2005. Founded by Yannick Dubé, the company quickly built a wide reputation in its field.

Driven by a vision that is distinctly ours and by an approach focused on customized service, the company represents a fine example of thoroughness and attention to detail. As we like to say, « If something is worth doing, it’s worth doing well.».

Over the years, Béton Prestige has proven itself and left its mark on all the projects that it has achieved, thanks to our team made up of experienced staff who are attentive to the smallest detail.

In 2011, we opened a showroom. A first in Québec! Our showroom allows people to see the different polished concrete finishes and to observe the many advantages of this type of flooring.

In 2013, the company continued its expansion with the acquisition of new remote-controlled HTC 950 machines and the opening of its Industrial Polishing division. Since then, a number of machines have been acquired and new employees have joined us in order to meet the ever-growing demand for our services.

Here is how we proceed in a polished floor project:

FIRST CONTACT WITH THE CUSTOMER.
We give the customer information and a quote.
WE INVITE THE CUSTOMER TO COME TO VISIT OUR SHOWROOM IN ORDER TO BECOME FAMILIAR WITH THE MATERIAL, AND THE BÉTON PRESTIGE SERVICE AND TEAM.
ACCEPTANCE OF THE QUOTE AND SIGNING OF THE CONTRACT.
FIRST SITE VISIT.
The site manager conducts a technical visit.
DELIVERY OF ACCESSORIES
(such as the : grates, drains, threshold strips)
PRESENTATION OF THE PLAN AND CONFIRMATION OF THE SAW KERFS.
This step is essential, as the saw kerfs make it possible to have better control over the cracks that will form during ageing. They must be made with a concrete saw, no later than 24 hours after the placement of the concrete.
PLACEMENT OF THE CONCRETE SLAB.
CURING FOR 28 DAYS BEFORE POLISHING.
DRY POLISHING BASED ON THE CUSTOMER’S CHOICES INCLUDED IN THE QUOTE.
FINAL POLISHING.

At Béton Prestige, we made the choice to devote ourselves solely to concrete floor polishing. Having become a leader in the field, over time we have developed exceptional know-how on this subject. Polished concrete is an art in itself. Since concrete is a “capricious” material, greater expertise is needed to master all of its features.
